I have spent many years in the food industry as a trained pastry chef and baker, but I started my most recent Sourdough journey last summer. I began baking for friends here and there, but the goodbake business was really born from the pandemic. I found myself at home with my family, not working and itching to bake for people as a way to connect and bring comfort to their doorstep during this unprecedented time. Baking grounds me too. I find solace with my hands in the dough as we navigate this new normal. Thank you for letting me bake for you.
